I’ve been waking up at 1 or 2 am and not falling back asleep for months. Last night, I rolled this on my feet, neck, and sore muscles, and I actually slept. It smells so good and felt so calming. I can’t take melatonin supplements because they give me nightmares, but this worked perfectly without any side effects. I’m even bringing it to Europe since it’s travel-size and perfect for jet lag and muscle recovery.

I’ve only been using Dream On for about a week but it has really helped me to sleep longer during the night. I put it on the bottom of my feet and my calves and I love how it sinks in and dries quickly. Hope it continues to help me sleep better!
