To apply, gently glide roll-on Recovery Balm over muscles, tendons, and ligaments that are sore, stressed, or overextended. You don’t have to massage it in to feel the effects as our formula absorbs quickly, but you are more than welcome too.

I’ve been waking up at 1 or 2 am and not falling back asleep for months. Last night, I rolled this on my feet, neck, and sore muscles, and I actually slept. It smells so good and felt so calming.
